Teri Tomczak is a native of Grand Rapids and after living in Chicago for seven years returned to her home city in 1997. She is a graduate of East Grand Rapids High School and Michigan State University .
With over six years of real estate experience gained first in Chicago and now Grand Rapids, Teri specializes in listing and selling single family homes and multi-unit buildings. Her areas of specialty are East Grand Rapids and the Heritage Hill Historic District with their older homes of character and charm as well as the areas of Cherry Hill, Fairmount Square, Alger Heights, Mulick Park, Riverside Park and Ada.
